about getting a custom knit sweater.
What if my dog looks different from the dog in
your pattern?
No problem. Just send a snapshot showing your dog and
we will match the markings on the pattern to yours. This way everyone
will know it is your special sweater.
What if I like my sweaters longer or shorter than
the size given?
Just email us and let us know what you want, and that's
what you get.
Can I return my sweater and get my money back?
If there is a problem in the fit, then we'll be happy
to make an adjustment. However since these are custom sweaters
that we've spent weeks knitting and not just something you grabbed off a
store shelf, they are not returnable.
What if I want my dog's name on the sweater, or my
name, or my kennel name?
This is something we do for people all the time. It
adds an extra personal touch. Just remember that if you have any
personal identification on the sweater, you may not wear it into the
ring at an American Kennel Club show.
How long does it take to make a sweater?
I tell people that it takes at least twelve weeks
because we are never doing just one sweater and you get in line behind
the people who ordered ahead of you. But, unless there is a problem with
you getting us a photo, or yarn being out of stock in the color you
want. twelve weeks is a good estimate of time.
